plastic B pillar trim piece (the one that has the circular black hole cap in it). Unbolt the two bolts you speak of that attach the glass to the mechanical window slider. IIRC it literally slides out. Note: there are STOPPERS that are hard to see on the inside of the door skin. There are two I believe, and appear zinc plated, with 10mm nuts that hold them. You need to remove these (they are what holds the glass from coming completely up/ out. Does take some "finagling" but I never removed those joystick like swivling bolts with domed caps, and I don't think they should need removing. In all it should be pretty simple. Definately one of those jobs that seems harder than it looks. Don't forget to reinstall the stoppers, and adjust them so you get that nice solid door slam sound as it seals.
